At Pronounce, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in the garments you purchase from us. To help you find the right fit for your lifestyle.Here are a few guidelines regarding returns and exchanges with Pronounce. General Return Information


Whether you purchased your items on our website or in our store, you can bring your Pronounce Activewear purchases to our store for a no hassle return or exchange. We ask the following for a smooth, full return or exchange:

Only unwashed, unworn garments may be returned. We understand you’ll want to try on your items, but items that have been washed or clearly worn cannot be returned.
A receipt is REQUIRED for all returns.
Items that cannot be returned: worn, washed or altered items, scarves, Gift Cards, Yoga Mats (unless still in original packaging), Headbands, Undergarments, and Sale Items.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition.
Returns will be refunded in the manner of the original purchase.
Your refund will include your full purchase price, including any applicable sales tax.
All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
To receive a price adjustment, present your original sales receipt within 10 days of purchase.
Shipping and handling costs from purchases are non-refundable.

Returning Online Purchases

When returning an item to us, please fill in the return form enclosed with your delivery. This form also provides instructions on proper return procedure.

Pack the item(s) securely in an approved package.
All products must be returned in the same condition as you received them. All garments must be unwashed and unworn. Please be sure to include all accessories to ensure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS, or USPS for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned safely.

Pronounce will let you know your return has been received. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of Pronounce Activewear receiving your return; in the original method payment was received. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately within 5 days of the delivery. When contacting us, be sure to have the following information available:

Pronounce will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-7 days of receiving your returned product(s). Please contact us with any questions you may have.
